For several months I have been unable to sign up for the Tool of the Day Sweepstakes. I do not have the site blocked, I checked all of these settings. Does anyone else have problems with this, or know how I can solve my problem? I have written the site at least twice. Thanks.
I, too, have not been able to access the contest site for "tool of the day" for about 2 months now. I, also, do not have the site blocked with my security. Just one day, poof! nothing happens anymore! Has been very frustrating lately, the outdoor tools are just up my alley and most of the other tools that have been featured, my husband would love. Someone please do something!
How do we get an answer??? Not being able to enter the "Product of the Day" sweeps started, so after a few days I sent an email to the "contact us" page. How do we get an answer. There have been several of us send them emails telling them that their site was not working proplerly, but I have not read that anyone has gotten an answer. How do we get an answer???
Hi, I am having the same problem entering the Product of the Day. My pop up blocker is off, Put site as a safe one. Had always previously been able to enter. Just started a few weeks ago. I just got an email for HGTV to enter this contest and now I can not! Who knows???

I, too, had this problem. The only fix I can find is: Go to Control Panel Click Internet Options, Programs, Manage Add-ons, and, finally Disable Shockwave Flash Object.
I am also having this problem, started about 2 weeks ago. I have no pop-up blocker on. I tried to do what you suggested and that didnt work. Hello HGTV are you listening to your website users? HELP!
