I moved into a two year old house in April. I had what I thought was a small leak coming through the sheetrock of my cathederal ceiling right where a smoke detector is installed. I've had a roofer on the roof 3 times and he says there is no problem up there. The plumber looked for plumbing nearby and nada. Then one morning I noticed sweat beaded up on an air vent close to the smoke detector and also on the ceiling. It was about 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning was set on 73 degrees. Could it be condensation from the duct and if so how do you fix that???
