The technical team at HGTVPro is working diligently to try to fix the issues surrounding the Product of the Day sweepstakes.

If you are still experiencing problems when trying to enter - we are encouraging you to fill out our comment form here:

Within your message, please include the following information:

Product of the Day Sweepstakes Errors

Machine: PC or Mac
Browser: AOL, IE 7 etc..
Internet Provider: Comcast, AOL, Verizon etc..

Also, please answer the following questions:

How long have you experienced the issue, and when was the last time you tried to access the Product of the Day sweepstakes?

Describe, in as much detail as possible, all problems you experience as well as any error messages you encounter.

We are hoping that by receiving this type of information from our users, we can narrow down the issue and get it corrected ASAP. This problem seems to only be affecting a minority of users, but we want to make certain that everyone has access to the contest.

Please DO NOT reply to the above questions here. We must have documentation to send along to our technical team.

I have already sent multiple emails to HGTVPro, and have received 2 emails total explaining the problem has been fixed. It is not fixed. I have been trying to get this resolved since at least October 2007, and have left multiple posts on this website also.

I did exactly what Lily suggested, and even let HG know what day the problem started and that for me it was browser related. I haven't heard back from them.

I filled out the form and sent it off. I haven't been able to consistently enter this contest since last week, my comments are in another topic as well. I really would've liked to win some of the ones I missed, like the hand truck today. Oh, well... :>/

For me the problem started on 4/10. I use Firefox. On a hunch, I tried accessing through Internet Explorer and it works fine that way. I suspect that something was changed on 4/9 that made the entering portion of Product of the Day incompatible with Firefox, and have communicated that through email twice, but haven't received a response.

This has been going on now about two weeks, to my best recollection, I can't click on the link or get in by going to Sweepstakes on the site itself. It just won't click to the next step.

It does not matter how your computer is set up or what browser or programs you have. The problem has been occuring since October 2007 and is getting worse. Other people who have posted on the various HGTVPro boards have mentioned what setup they use, and we all have varying browsers and programs but still all have the same problems with this site. I have already sent emails to the website with my information and that did not help either.
