Machine: PC or Mac
Browser: AOL, IE 7 etc..
Internet Provider: Comcast, AOL, Verizon etc..
Also, please answer the following questions:
How long have you experienced the issue, and when was the last time you tried to access the Product of the Day sweepstakes?
Describe, in as much detail as possible, all problems you experience as well as any error messages you encounter.
We are hoping that by receiving this type of information from our users, we can narrow down the issue and get it corrected ASAP. This problem seems to only be affecting a minority of users, but we want to make certain that everyone has access to the contest.
