I'm having trouble with it too. It's been a couple of days since I started getting the "oops" when I tried to enter. I read a different post saying they had tried to enter as a different person and still got the same result.
Well, here we are. It is now February 28 and the site is still malfunctioning. I also have tried to enter the Product of the Day and get a blank response. I guess when you learn web site design in junior high school this is what you get. Totally unprofessional.

I get the pic of the product;then I click on it and it goes to a need more info page. I click on enter at the bottom of page and another page comes up saying I'm on step three and I'll be getting an email from them and I should follow directions but no email comes.
I am having same problems as you all for past couple of weeks; Blank page, Registration entry not going through, Request to Enter Info again and again and again, no email confirmation. WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE OLD REGISTRATION SITE? I sent emails to the Customer Service link but never got a reply.
I guess we're all in the same boat. I can get as far as the Enter HGTV Pro-Product of the Day. I choose Already a Member and that's as far as I can go. I keep going back to Become a Member and of course I can't because I'm already a Member???????
Today I was able to enter the Product Of The Day Sweepstakes on my first attempt, Thanks for that. I am finding this to be a good site to check for assistance.
I have been in contact twice w/ user support. I think they have finally fixed the "Pro" login button. If you still can't get it to work try one of these two options. First, delete all the cookies from your browser, apparently the old ones can cause your login to mess up. If that doesn't work I was able to log in by changing my status from "pro" to "consumer" and then the enter button was active.
I have had problems for months. Sometimes I spend 30 min or more trying to get into the Product of the Day entry. I consistently get a Windows error. Even after that if I keep trying it will eventually let me in-but today, no such luck. I wish they would fix this-apparently I'm one of many.
Do the HGTVPro people read these blogs? Ever since they changed the site I have trouble entering the sweepstakes. When I try to login absolutely nothing happens. I never had problems before they changed the site. I really wish they would go back to the old one. It was more attractive anyway.

STILL HAVING PROBLEMS. THE PAGES NEVER GET FROM A TO B, IT JUST CIRCLES OR NOTHING. PLEASE FIX THIS HEADACHE. THIS IS HOW EMAILS START GETTING DELETED, WHAT'S THE POINT IF YOU CAN'T NAVAGATE ANY PAGES. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO ENJOY THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.IT HAS TURNED INTO PROJECT OF THE DAY.
This problem has been occuring for several months. I have posted a few times about it, and have contacted the website. It RARELY lets you log in as consumer without going through multiple repeated tries. When you finally get logged in, it does not allow you to properly enter the contest.
