I thought that was a question. I'll try again. I see there is no electrical section for some reason. Is there a plan to have one? I don't even see an appropriate section to ask or answer an electrical question. There is even a separate plumbing and HVAC sections, why no electrical? Sorry, that's two questions.

hi there..since icant find the section too im going to post my question here...i moved into a new apartment last year.ive got halogen globes in my 2 bedrooms that blow with a flash of light and a pop sound which occurs mainly when the light is turned on.ive got two bathrooms which have a fitting that takes 2 candle globes each.they blow out very frequently and in the one fitting the one globe burns black at the fitting end that theres even a hole in it and it gets stuck in the fitting.i used to change globes twice a week, after dozens of electricians fiddled with it,its every 3-4 wks.what could be reasons for this..could it affect other appliances if it were a voltage problem? ive been told that most of the power runs on the same wires?...please help..
