We have an older stucco home, with a Blue Stone front on the porch area. The stucco is in excellent condition, just dirty. We are thinking of having the stucco painted, the windows "wrapped" (I am not sure if that is the correct term) and decorative moulding added to the windows. Our roof was replaced 2 years ago, so we can't change that. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of company I could contact for some advice on colors, moulding, contractors etc. Thanks very much

I hope "homebild" sees your question. He works in your area, and may be able to recommend someone.

Painting the stucco could be a huge mistake. Consider having it power-washed instead. Do not allow anyone to suggest sandblasting.

Rather than re-trim all the windows, which is difficult to do on most stucco homes, just consider painting the windows as they are.

Ill-advised last-minute remodeling could affect the value of your house negatively. The house will look best in as close to its original condition as possible.
