I am having difficulty in finding "Head to Head" comparisons of home sidig. Specifically:
* fiber cement sidig
* Amazing siding
* aluminum siding

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Fiber cement siding has some advantages...it won't rot, holds paint well, will burn less easily than many sidings...and some disdvantages...it's heavy, and has a very thin shadow line, so doesn't look as good as the wood siding it imitates, its wood grain is kind of heavy-handed.

I have no idea what "Amazing siding" is.

Aluminum siding is pretty much passe´, it dents easily, has a high rate of expansion, and looks a little flimsy compared to even vinyl siding.
