I've read about this product and would love to use it on my 2/12 roof which needs to be redone. Currently the roof is a 'torchdown' which requires I hire someone to do it. I have been unable to locate a retail source for this. Anyone know where I could buy it?

I have used the modified bitumin roofing and let me tell you, it is wonderful!.

You will need to completely strip your existing roof down to the existing structrual plywood decking, and may actually need to install a new roof deck before using the product however.

It must be applied over a clean, flat surface.

One such product is produced by Polyglass:

Another manufacturer is Certainteed:

You can check the websites for distributor information for your region.
