We had a hail storm after our home had been papered and lathed, but before the base coat of stucco was applied. The side of the house that took the hail had the paper get beat up pretty badly with numerous small tears all over the wall. No paper was actually torn off so I was hoping something could be applied to seal the paper without removing the lath and re-papering. Is there a product (paint-like?) that anyone knows that can be applied that will seal but won't bleed through the stucco? THANKS!!!
