Opinion on 1) What is the Best paint specification for our future contract 2) Current Maintenance -- Flex Bon used on last repaint 4 years ago now stained -- black mold. What is your opinion re power washing? What additives? Will power washing the mold shorten or lengthen the life of the current exterior paint.
