Hi I know an acquantance in Missouri (Im in Maryland) who found out about some asbestos siding recall and the manufacturer paid for her entire house to be resided. I cant seem to find it online. Anyone know anything about this?! I NEED mine covered as it is cracking from neighborhood kids balls.
There were class action sutes many years ago on this but I believe most of the companys went bankrupt and the sutes are long gone. Are you sure it was not Masonite sideing?

Joecaption is right, most of the litigation with the asbestos companies is done. Besides if the neigbors kids balls are breaking your siding, I think you have a issue with them. Not the siding company. How old is your home?
