I'm looking for a Fan Style Glass insert for my front door. Do they make such a kit?

I don't believe a kit can be bought, however, you could always order a new "slab" to fit the existing door frame. They are usually very reasonable. Make sure that the hinge size & hinge placements on the new slab match the existing ones on your frame.
