I'm building an addition for a neighbor, and wanted to research the best type of roof system to add to their existing roof. The distance of the addition is 38', with a 1/12 pitch roof. We wanted to go with a roll system, but the homeowners requested a torch down system. Any suggestions on this would be appreciated. Thanks
