I am starting my search.
I am looking at replacement windows vinyl from American Craftsman 8500 and ThermaStar by Pella. I was also going to look at Marvin and Crestline which I have only heard of from this site.

Please give me your experiance a detailed info on which windows you choose. I am trying not to repeat anyones errors.

Thanks Wink

I've only been installing windows for about 6 years. I would highly recomend that you take a look at Marvin. Pella is also a very good window, but in my opinion, noone builds them like Marvin, more solid and to install.
