I am currently attempting to renovate space that will be rented out to fund our free health clinic. I work for a non-profit social services agency and recently received a grant for capital improvement. I have done everything I know to get reasonable quotes and have succeeded with the cost for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Contractors are willing to donate materials and labor to assist with costs however I am still running short on income versus expense to completely renovate these spaces. Our free clinic is in desperate need of the potential income this donated space could renovate if leased. Any suggestions on how to shortcut costs on things such as exterior wall restoration, door reserfaceing or floor patching would greatly be appreciated. I don't know were else to go and I see great ideas done for a fraction of the cost on HGTV all the time, I just don't know were to start.

Desperately needing help in Dothan.
