For the past two years I've been trying to get a job done on my support system for a deck about twelve feet up from the ground. There are stll the original cantalevered (bad spelling!)supports. They are doing there job but were helped about three years ago with additional supports, concrete pilings with 6x6's x however long. That Contractor will not return my calls, I wonder why.
Well to say the lease the 6x6's are swinging in the breeze. Some rest on the cinder blocks but a few have daylight in between.
It has been impossible to get a contractor there to look at the job or back to give me an estimate.
The Log Cabin is located in South Eastern TN. Is it that they don't need the Work!? I do not understand!
If there is someone out there that can help with my situation I would appreciate it. It isn't that I don't feel safe, I do, but I would like to take care of this before it is too late.
Thanks

Most contractors are loath to get involved in someone else's messes. That probably explains your difficulty in getting a response.
