I live in Ocala-N. central florida-it seems I can't find any builders who have stepped up to the modern practices used today. I can'y find one who uses post tension slabs, something other than cb, structured wiring is a different language...how do I find a good, reasonble builder who uses modern products, some "green" "products" please, point me in the proper dirrection. open the phone book, call on some companies and set an appointment for you to meet.
There you can "interview" these people and see who you'd like to work with.

Or ask around to people in your area, to see who is reputable.

Which company do you see the most signs out?
Are they nice neighborhooods?

Visit the builders jobsites and see firsthand the kind of work they do.
