The builders I have worked for generally set it up on Excel and either print it out or blow it up depending on what they are doing with it. What type of construction are you doing? That will make a difference in the phases that you need to show. If you are doing residential, what price range? That makes a difference because the interior finishes are more elaborate in high end. What part of the country are you in? Foundations usually slab? Rock generally present that would need to be allowed for?
