Working with this as my main goal in the Remodeling industry for several years, I think it all starts at the beginning of the process making potential clients comfortable with you (the actual person calling them) and remaining a constant throughout the entire process, sales, production, etc...the more we make them understand how important their needs are to us and that we generally care about their remodel from large to small will not only keep them for life but most importantly grow your business with referrals. If we keep using the same process with every client it will snowball with many referrals, and minimal marketing efforts.
