I'm looking at doing some work for First Preston in the area of property maintenece , and would like to know if anyone has had any experience in dealing with them? and how did it work out?. Thanks in advance for your help!.

Never worked for them, but if their like other property management companies their pay scale for services may not be that good based on the work you are requested to do. I had worked for another company like them in the past. It created fairly good cash flow but after crunching the numbers found I was not really making any money. Pay was once a month, but varies with each management company on that policy. I know when we did property inspections (relocation) they had us jumping through hoops to fill out their inspection report. I did a lot of estimates for them as well but never got any of the better jobs.
But it cannot hurt to try them you never know until you do.
