I have a bathroom with the 4x4 plastic tiles half way up the wall and removed them now i want to try to refinish the rock and texture the whole wall. basically i want to avoid replacing all the rock because it is in good shape.

how much do you think your worth an hour?

now, how long do you think it will take to scrape, then spackle, then sand...

or, pay 20 bucks for a sheet of drywall, cut the old one out, and install new.

then do your texture
