I am installing 12" x 12" ceramic on shower walls. I need to know what you use to cut holes for the faucet and shower head. Thanks for any help.

Here is a video of a guy using a standard tile saw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SluW-nqS7k

The holes don't have to be perfect since the fixture ferrules will cover many sins.

Here is another video of a guy using a hole saw. They make carbide and diamond hole saw bits just for this. Please be sure to use eye protection and follow safety procedures!

Roto-Zip makes bits for their tool that are supposed to cut ceramic tiles. I've not tried it......yet.

Drilling holes in ceramic tile requires sharp drill bits and a moderate amount of skill. Some tiles are much harder to drill through than others.
