We are are creating a new bath in an existing home in which we will put a non-barrier shower area. We want to create a wet bed pan and place the Kerdi membrane to waterproof the entie room along with a typical pan drain, not a Kerdi system drain. Can this be done? What other suggestions would you have?
We do not want to wet bed the entire room.
