Is flexibile tubing ductwork for my AC handler in the attic ok in terms of insulation and airflow performance or should I replace them with true rigid metal ductwork?

Rigid metal ductwork will perform somewhat better and cost a LOT more.

I see. There is always the economics trade-off. I guess I will keep my 6" flexible tubes. Thanks
