We have been trying to find an energy efficient icf builder in the CHICAGO SUBURBS for some time now. WE would like radiant heating and solar panels. If someone could help I would appreciate it.

Check out Logix.com and Quadlock.com. Search for distributors in your area. They will know builder's familiar with the ICF consruction techniques.

I'd be warry of ICF's above grade however. They are great for basements, but have additional issues above grade.
