We are having a residential fire supression sprinkler system put in our house (new construction) and only wet systems are avail. for residential use. So basically we need to insulate the crap out of 'em. We live in high desert in So. OR - so it freezes and occasional cold snaps of below zero. Already planning R38 in the ceiling. Is there a better way to insulate these pipes in addition to the ceiling insulation?
