Hello All,
Is it possible to use a spray foam insulation on a floor space overhang. Are there any condensation concerns?
Thanks

I know that some spray foam will give you the insulation value(low value) as well as the vapour barrier. It's not as good, but it works.
you may want to check to see if it's going to do the trick in your area.
I know that in Ontario, we use that in condos for around the vent boxes and i beleive it's worth something like R-8 for every inche thick, but don't quote me on this. One thing I know, the inspectors accept the spray foam as insulation and poly(vapour barrier)
