I live on the top floor of a condo bldg. last winter we had several roof leaks one due to a skylight all were repaired in july. once again roof is leaking in 3 of the same spots.
1 from the bathrm vent and two others in the kitchen approx 3ft. apart. roofer came back & now thinks its condensation. how do we confirm this & how do we fix it?
