My husband and I had a new shed built, it leaks and the man who built it we hesitate to call as he has a drinking problem. I am about ready to just have it torn down and another put there. Any ideas from anyone???

Thanks

What kind of shed did you have built and where is it leaking? If it's leaking at the roof that would require something different to fix than if it's leaking at the base. Feel free to e-mail me at jam2456@earthlink.net and I'd be happy to give you some free advice which will certainly be worth every penny it costs.

HI Jeff-

It is a 12' by 14' shed that is sitting on concrete to the back of our house, actually it is suppose to be connected to the roof and the guy never did it. It is a tool shed and I keep a spare freezer hooked up in there, we had a window put in so I may add a small air conditioner, living in Arizona it gets hot. But we had the freezer in there since last summer and no high electric bills. The guy was suppose to build a roof on it, but instead, used the roof of our Arizona room which he knew was leaking. I have thought of pulling it down and buying a shed at Lowes and having them install it, but have already spent a lot of money on this and we were hoping to fix it ourselves. I sure would not use the man again.

Thanks

It is leaking on the sides, one that should of been tied to the house and the other where the rain gutters are, since he did not put on a roof.
