Anyone considering the purchase of a sliding door should be aware that the Better Business Bureau has given Peachtree Doors and Windows an "unsatisfactory" rating: http://www.wisconsin.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=22000239 because of their failure to respond to customer complaints.

I have nothing to gain at this point. I only ask that consumers please read these reports and take this information into consideration when choosing to do business with this company.

Hmmm...

In every instance cited on the BBB website, the BBB closed the file stating:

"1 - BBB determined the company made a reasonable offer to resolve the issues, but the consumer did not accept the offer.

1 - BBB determined that despite the company's effort to address complaint issues, the consumer remained dissatisfied."

Sounds more like a defective customer to me...
