I am working with an investor who is interested in Portfolios of New Construction. He buys these in the 50's and 60's. Portfolios must include 10 or more properties. Each assets must be between 150,000 and 600,000. Our minimum portfolio size would be $1.5 million, max: 30 million with 130 million cumulative per month.
