The rough-in for the toilet in my bathroom is centered 8 inches from the wall. Ideally I would like to replace the toilet with a new toilet that works on an 8" rough-in but I haven't been able to find any. If anyone knows where I can find a new toilet that would fit, please post the URL or company name.

The other option is installing an offset flange to pick up 2" to work with a 10" rough-in. The problem here is that the chase is old iron and is floor level. To install an offset flange don't I need the offset to be floor level except for the flange? Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks.

You have to unearth the pipe below the flange, whether it's under concrete or crawlspace and either extend the closet bend out to 10 or preferrably 12 inches. Or if there is enough vertical rise below the flange, you may compress a fitting offset and then a flange. No 8" rough toilets. However, some 10" rough toilets have enough room--you may be able to install one, barely.
