hi, i have a sump pump in the basement, the pump will drain the water out, however, when it discharges the water to the outside, the water sits where it is discharged out to, it does not flow through the tubing that runs from the outside out the house (tubing runs out to end of property)what could the problem be//

you probably have a stoppage. If you know where the end of the outlet pipe is, make sure it is clear. You can also try flushing out the pipe with a garden hose, in both directions. Just be careful not to flood your basement when doing so! Smiler
