In the past few years I've seen quite a few things become available and being offered in Mid-Range and entry level homes such as: stainless steel appliances(since they have become affordable now), Custom windows, Ceramic tile everywhere, solid surface countertops not only in kitchens but in mudrooms and in vanities.
