What trends do you see moving from high-end
homes to mid-priced or even entry-level homes?

In the past few years I've seen quite a few things become available and being offered in Mid-Range and entry level homes such as: stainless steel appliances(since they have become affordable now), Custom windows, Ceramic tile everywhere, solid surface countertops not only in kitchens but in mudrooms and in vanities. Theres more but I'll stop .

With the ageing population and the techie gen Xers I see an awfull lot of home elevators becoming popular in remodeling and new home construction.
